3-in-1 HPU Capabilities:
Hydraulic Fluid (Oil) side with Low and High Pressure pumps
Hydro (Water) side with Low and High Pressure pumps
- Low Pressure pumps: Air to Liquid Ratio 1:66 (Max Outlet 8,700 psi @ 145 psi air / PRV Set @ 6,000 psi)
- High Pressure pumps: Air to Liquid Ratio 2:150 (Max Outlet 43,500 psi @ 145 psi air / PRV Set @ 22,500 psi)
- All 4 pumps have separate Relief Valves that can be set to customer preference
- All 4 pumps are separately Air Regulated
- Giving our customer the option to simultaneously test multiple pieces of equipment utilizing all 4 pumps to different pressures.
Hydraulic Fluid (Oil) side has a 3 Stage top of the line filtration system
- Diaphragm pump: 1:1 Ratio (Maximum Flow: 14.8 GPM)
Spin-on Filter: 3 Micron
Spin-on Filter: 1 Micron
Sock Filter: ½ Micron
- After achieving required cleanliness, use the clean fluid for testing/functioning valves while simultaneously flushing other fluid.
Sock Filter add-on: ½ Micron (stand alone) for optional fluid return, to ensure return fluid cleanliness.

PLUG-N PLAY OPTIONS
DVZ Hydraulics has designed and manufactured Plug-n Play options for the LG5000 HPU.
- SC1000 - if Accumulation is a necessity the SC1000 sits perfectly beside and connects directly into the LG5000. It comprises of 2 6K psi Accumulator bottles.
- BP1000 - if a fluid reservoir is needed the BP1000 will sit directly behind and can be connected to the LG5000. It comprises of a 75 gal fluid containment tote for your flushing and or pressure testing needs.

DVZ Hydraulics offers a complete line of replacement parts readily available as needed for the LG5000. Including the 90 Deg. stainless tubing and hoses used for hydraulic fluid barrel suction and return. DVZ Hydraulics supplies replacement filters for our top of the line filtration system.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL EQUIPMENT
- SC1000 – Accumulator Bank: if more volume is a necessity the SC1000 sits perfectly beside and connects directly into the LG5000 HPU. It comprises of two 10 gallon, 6k psi accumulator bottles.
- SFS1000 – Dual Sock Filtration System: with a Diaphragm Pump reaching 47 GPM flow rate and sock filter options ranging from 1/2 Micron to 5 Micron.
- Additel Digital Calibrated Gauges (10k psi, 30k psi & 50k psi)
- FAK1000 – Fluid Analysis Microscope Kit: for the inspection and particle analysis of hydraulic fluid contamination.
